Memberships to UNIT are non-refundable. If you purchase a product through UNIT, you can receive an exchange for that product only if the product is damaged. No refunds for any products.

Ticket holders are assigned seats based on when they purchased their tickets. Basically first come first served. With the exception of the different ticket types purchased.

All tickets to the anniversary party include autographs (one from each guest for the lower end ticket and 2 from each guest for the higher end ticket). All other autographs would need to be purchased from the guest directly. Each guest will set their own prices, UNIT has no control over what the guest will charge.

Each guest will have a photo session at some point during the day of the event. You will be able to take your own photo with guest or you can have one of our staff take it with our camera (there is an additional cost associated if our staff take your photo).

You may transfer any event admission tickets to another person so long as you do so in advance and in writing. The original ticket holder must make this request, not the transferee. In this case email communication is fine, we do need however the form and date of payment you used for verification purposes (if you can not tell us how and when you paid for your tickets then we will not transfer them to another person). We issue paper tickets for add-ons, these can be transferred to other event attendees with no advance notice (for example if you purchased a banquet ticket for a friend and wanted to surprise them you do not need to transfer this ticket to your friend with us, you can just give it to them at the show. Your convention packet will have 2 banquet tickets if you purchased two tickets). However, if you purchased a banquet ticket along with your convention ticket and you are transferring your convention ticket to another person your banquet ticket would also get transferred to that person.
